Nascosto Club respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you contact or apply to us, why, and the rights you have over your information.
Who we are
Nascosto Club (“we”, “us”) is an entertainment and media organisation operating from New Zealand and working with brands and creators internationally. For any privacy question, contact us at contact@nascostoclub.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through our forms:
- Network applications (Request Entry): your name, email, the type of applicant you are, your area of interest, any links you share, and your message.
- Music royalties applications: your name, email, YouTube channel link, and the channel details you select.
- CC Tattoos bookings: your name, email, and the details of the tattoo you describe.
We do not require accounts, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. Our forms use an invisible anti-spam check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which may process limited technical signals to confirm you are human.
How we use it
We use your information solely to review your enquiry, reply to you, and — if relevant — progress a working relationship. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing you didn’t ask for.
Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/UK, our legal basis for processing is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to and assessing your enquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
New Zealand Privacy Act 2020
We handle personal information in line with the Information Privacy Principles of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you.
Who processes your data
- Resend — delivers our transactional email. Your submission is transmitted to us by email through Resend.
- Our hosting provider — serves this website and processes standard server logs (such as IP address) to deliver pages and prevent abuse. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party marketing analytics, so no cookie-consent banner is required.
- Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our forms.
Retention
We keep submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and (where applicable) object to or restrict its processing. Email contact@nascostoclub.com and we’ll action it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
