About this site
This website presents Nascosto Club, our roster of brands, and the capabilities we extend to the brands and creators we choose to work with. It is informational and a way to apply to us; using it does not create any partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Applications and invitations
Nascosto Club is invite-only. Submitting any form is a request, not a guarantee of acceptance — we review every approach and decline most. We may decline or end discussions at our discretion. Any working arrangement is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms.
CC Tattoos bookings
Prices shown for CC Tattoos are a rough guide only; final pricing is confirmed after we see your design and depends on size and detail. Bookings are by appointment and subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not confirm an appointment until we reply to arrange one.
Music royalties program
Participation in the Nascosto Music royalties program is subject to review and acceptance of your channel, and to any program terms we provide if you’re accepted.
Intellectual property
The Nascosto Club name, brand marks, copy, and design on this site are ours or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Brand names belonging to others remain the property of their respective owners.

We link to third-party platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, X, and Rumble). We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t control.
No warranties; limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nascosto Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
